Yoga is a Journey which connects you to the deepest part of Yourself. I started following this path twelve years ago . For me Yoga is a way of life, it is beyond any posture (Asana), it is a daily Spiritual Ritual which is based on the ethical precepts of Yoga (the 8th limb yoga).
I believe in living a life full of Joy, Gratitude, and free of Judgement.
These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings.
I offer classes, private sessions and retreats, which are based on what I have tried before and what I truly believe that have the power to shift our energy towards Awareness ,Mindful Living, Universal Consciousness and the greatest power in the Universe, Love.
My Sessions include,
★ Prana Yoga: Based on techniques of Hatha and Vinyasana Yoga.
★ AbunDance: Dance Improvisation based on the 5 Elements
★ Sound Healing: Gong Bath, Meditation Bowls, Handpan
★ Yoga Nidra: Deep Relaxation technique
★ Prenatal Yoga: Yin and Restorative techniques, and inner connection with Breath during

Prana Yoga Live & On-line Sessions are scheduled at Ananda Yoga Shala,
Based on a Hollistic approach influenced by the principles and techniques of Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Sampoorna Yoga, Tai Chi, and Bioenergetics.
The practice while it seems physical, it is a promise of life Inner Peace.
Dharana (Meditation) and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) are also included in each Session.
Yoga Philosophy Webinars run on a regular basis and on demand, eg: The SWAN Technique I Webinar
Private Sessions are also scheduled depending on ones specific needs both In-person and On-line.
